As we grow, we will eventually need a COO. This role will have three main areas of responsibility:
Primarily, the COO will be responsible for all our workshops. She uses her leadership experience to lead and develop the respective teams on different locations. She optimizes processes in service delivery, procurement and logistics so that they run like a well oiled machine.
Furthermore, the COO is a key player in our geographical expansion. In close collaboration with our CFO, he evaluates new locations and negotiates great deals with the landlords. Together, they kick off operations by hiring teams and replicating all necessary systems and processes from our main location.
Last but not least, the COO is constantly scouting for opportunities to enhance processes wich software and other technology. she questions the status quo and doesn’t shy away from trying new ways for old problems. Through her creativity and vision, we slowly but surely transform CycleLab into a technology company, which boasts unmatched productivity and service quality.
