Terms & Conditions

 1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (TC) govern the contractual relationship between CycleLab AG (CycleLab) and its customers (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") in the field of bicycle repair and maintenance services.

2. Contract

The contract between CycleLab and the customer is concluded by the customer's placing of the order and its acceptance by the service provider.

3. Scope of services

CycleLab offers repair and maintenance services for bicycles. The specific services to be provided are agreed individually with the customer. Additional work that may be necessary during the repair will only be carried out after consultation with the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Prices and Terms of Payment

The prices for services are based on the applicable price list or on an individual agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, the cost of spare parts is not included in the repair prices. Payment is due at the latest when you pick up the bike and can be made in cash, by credit card, Postfinance Card, Twint or by invoice.

5. Collection and storage

If the customer has decided to pick up the repaired bike themself, the repaired bike must be picked up within 7 days of completion. If the collection is not made in time, CycleLab is entitled to charge a storage fee. In the event of non-collection within 3 months, CycleLab reserves the right to sell the bike to cover the costs incurred.

6. Warranty and Liability

CycleLab ensures that the work is carried out professionally. Defects must be claimed in writing within 14 days of collection. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper handling or subsequent damage.

CycleLab is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for consequential damages is excluded.

7. Data protection

CycleLab collects and processes personal data exclusively within the framework of the legal provisions. The data will not be passed on to third parties, unless this is necessary to perform work within the scope of the contract.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of CycleLab.

9. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
