About us

Mission

CycleLab is made up of cycling-obsessed folk on a mission to revolutionize bike maintenance and repair. Frustrated by the inconsistent service quality of traditional bike shops, we want to create a better experience—one that’s customer-focused, efficient, and driven by innovation.

As our name implies, CycleLab is a hub of experimentation and growth. We continually explore new ideas, test creative concepts, and develop new services to redefine what bike care can and simply should be. Our team knows everything there is to be known about bikes and is dedicated to delivering the absolute best-in-class, with the latest tools and technology and drive for perfection.

Starting in Zurich with our flagship “concept store”, our vision is to scale CycleLab to major cities across Europe—and perhaps, the world. Along the way, we remain committed to setting new benchmarks for service quality and efficiency, making bike maintenance as seamless as it should be.

Let CycleLab take care of your bike, so you can focus on enjoying the ride.
